Albayt was born out of a family experience. Our founder traveled for Umrah in 2017 with a group tour that lost luggage, changed hotels twice, and left pilgrims without support at critical moments. The belief that it could be done better — and that American Muslim families deserved better — is what started this company.
We are staffed entirely in the United States by people who are themselves part of the communities we serve. Every Community Ambassador has completed Hajj or Umrah personally and leads each group from departure gate to return gate.
Since 2019 we have taken over 2,400 pilgrims from cities across the US — from families in Anaheim to seniors in Chicago — and every single group has returned with their documents, their dignity, and their memories intact.
